We do not offer tax services but work in partnership with a local tax accounting firm in San Diego in order to offer a seamless experience for our clients. When I first spoke to Breanne she seemed very helpful and on board to assist in reviewing my account through quickbooks and helping me to implement some better formulas and systems. We had a consult and then next steps. I paid for the consult, and then paid a deposit towards her work. We set up a schedule to have the project done and training completed by the end of November. That turned into December and then I did not hear from Breanne until early January. At that point I tried again to schedule a time to review and do training and she has not been responsive at all.
