At National Spine & Pain Centers and our affiliate practices, you'll find visionary healthcare leaders who are focused on excellent patient-centric care. We pride ourselves on our experts, some of whom have been trained at the nation's most prestigious medical centers in the country from Harvard Medical School, to Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland Clinic.
Services
For more than 30 years, NSPC affiliated physicians have been pioneers in the relief of chronic and acute pain through minimally invasive procedures. With more than 120 locations and 750 medical professionals facilitating nearly a million patient visits a year, NSPC is the healthcare brand more people trust for access to pain relief providers than any other.
When you join NSPC, you become part of something truly extraordinary - a collection of medical professionals who have dedicated their careers to relieving the pain and suffering of their fellow human beings. Indeed, being a part of National Spine and Pain Centers more than a job - it's a calling. Find your calling below.
Once you have entered your provider's virtual waiting room, the clinic staff will be alerted that you are waiting. Similar to an in-person appointment, it may take a few minutes before your provider is ready to see you. Don't worry, the system is working. We simply ask for your patience as your provider concludes their visit with the previous patient.
For those who are a part of NSPC, our Mission, Vision, and Values are more than words on a page - they are a solemn vow that we pledge to ourselves and those we serve. Self: We constantly strive to improve ourselves and strongly encourage others to do likewise. 30 years of serving his country all came to an end after the pain from a lingering back injury caught up with John R. The pain.

I am a new patient with Dr. Coleman. I was very happy with my initial consultation; Dr. Coleman was very attentive and thorough. He was able to give me some hope for treatment while managing my expectations. My parents raved about him and he's worth all the hype!

I’ve been a patient for awhile. The staff is efficient, accommodating and compassionate. Dr. Coleman actually listens during your initial visit and works with you in planning the best possible outcome for your pain management. His schedule is tight so be early/ on time for scheduled appointments.

My husband and I went for treatment for his back and leg pain. This time, he got to see Dr. Coleman, who recommended steroid shots to be given every three weeks until the pain was managed and/or he had surgery. His explanation was clear, he got my husband scheduled and we were pleased with the visit. Additionally, because my husband has dyslexia, Dr. Coleman arranged for the office manager to help with any further paperwork.

Went to a previous Dr. and was in pain a little over a year. I went to Dr. Coleman and received 3 injections and it's been two months and NO PAIN! Dr. Coleman is amazing and the nurse that prep you for the procedure is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was very nice and polite. (She was excellent in giving the IV)

They will give you pain medicine for a few months, and as soon as you start feeling better they will abruptly cut you off. Happened twice. Bad practice... Will be going elsewhere. Dr. Wong, their best doctor, is gone and now you only get to see a nurse practitioner.

As a severe pain sufferer I have been treated at almost every clinic in this area over the year's NSPC is by far the best facility I have been to, hands down. They are very professional and caring, which is difficult to find in this "opioid crisis" atmosphere. Appointments are on time and punctual, plus you are not me by hostile receptionist. As a bonus should you need injections, they are always done in the best comfort of you, the patient.
