My first appointment was supposed to be today at 10:30. I was told to be there an hour before but then received a message in the patient portal to arrive a 1/2 hour before. I was 10 minutes from the office, en route, at 9:39 when I was called and told I have to reschedule. They stated that they have very strict rules as to arrival time for appointments. There was absolutely no inquiry as to any reason or concern about why I was 9 minutes late at the time. I was in terrible pain, I ended up going to the ER and I am going to follow up with a more professional and reputable organization.

After breaking my back, other back drs wanted nothing to do with me except give me opioids. Was referred to Dr. Schneider by my pcp. Greatest move ever! She saw me referred me to an interventional radiologist at UM who in turn did a vertoblasty as an outpatient. Dr. Schneider keeps me up and going by other means than opioids. Been seeing her and Jody for 6 years. Sometimes the wait is long when actually seeing the dr but that is only a couple times a year in the office. Never a long wait for having a procedure. Highly recommend her!

I have over heard and seen many unprofessional things there. I asked for a discharge letter because I was going elsewhere. I got my letter today making it seem as though they were discharging me because I was an addict. I am furious this actually may cause me to seek a lawyer. I'm also in the medical field and can not have this kind of accusation. The last paragraph in particular is the worst of it.

I have been going for 5 years. Arthritis everywhere. Constant pain. You never see the Dr. You only see Jodie every month. You see Dr Only when she sticks you with steroids even after you say no steroids because of it being done so much and doesn’t help! Then they get you hooked on morphine (which I was against for a long time). I finally said no more morphine. Doesn’t help anymore! Instead of weening me off the gave me a weekly LOW dose patch and said to stop morphine completely. Nevertheless I had withdrawals! No help from them. It takes forever to get refills and they see the requests! I

The doctor is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, I did have to wait, but she takes the time with her patients. I am hopeful that she and her staff will help me with this pain. I am now adding an additional observation. You as a patient at this practice will be treated as a criminal if you ask for anything stronger than OTC medication. And if you challenge the doctor, will be immediately be told to go somewhere else. Before you are seen you are told to pee in a cup to screen for drugs. If I had access to something for pain why would I need her. I intend to file a complaint for this unprofessional

Caring. Attentive. Yes, they can get backed up, but they do take time for each and every patient. They are responsible in their practice. They do not dole out endless prescriptions for pain meds without a plan to improve. They have resolved one pain issue that I've dealt with for 20 years. No one else could figure out out or treat it successfully. Dr. Schneider has. It took less than a year of conservative step by step treatment to become pain free. I am grateful.

I have been going there for at least a year now. I usually have good things to say til today. I was scheduled to receive a neck injection with Dr Schneider. Sports and Spine cancelled my appt to discuss the procedure. I kept making sure I was to going be be placed under general anesthesia due to stress and anxiety. I was told to do blood work and EKG for this reason. I kept being reassured. Jody and Dr Schneider must not have spoken due to several issues. One issue- I have numbness and severe pain in my left arm. So today after Dr Schneider showed up an hour late to my procedure. I of course had

I have an issue when a Doctor doesn't respect or value the time of his / her patients. We arrived 30 minutes early for an appt., as they requested. After checking in, we waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room without a word from anyone. After finding out there were still patients in the waiting room who were ahead of us, we told the staff we were leaving and would not be coming back. At least the staff was nice and assured us we wouldn't be charged for skipping our appointment. First time in my life i have ever walked out on a Doctor. If you value your time, find another Physician.
