Dr. Patel was born and raised in London, England. He moved to Atlanta with his family in 2000, later graduating from Ga. Tech. He then completed Dental School at University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School in Detroit, Michigan. To advance his skills and knowledge he went on further to complete a dental residency in New York.

We accept all PPO insurances, and we have most PPO plans in-network. We also offer a variety of additional payment options for patients without insurance and those who require procedures not covered by their insurance plans.

All of the staff that I have had contact with are businesslike, friendly and competent. The systems used to administer care, including cleaning and x-rays are all current integrated technology.
In particular, Pam is pleasant, meticulous and has very reassuring technical skills. Dr. Patel took me in on an emergency call about 18 months ago when no one else was working.

For a couple of reasons, I was unable to go see a dentist for about 2 years. I am so pleased with the service I received at Pure Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Kellams was awesome - friendly, professional and attentive. I appreciate the office staff - everyone I encountered was very thorough and friendly. I made an appointment because this practice offers emergency dental care but after my experience, I have found a place that I feel comfortable coming to for routine cleanings/exams and that I would recommend to my family and friends.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The bright atmosphere they create really made the whole experience of going to the dentist much more pleasant. The hygienist who worked on me was clearly experienced, and it shows! My teeth have never been more free of plaque. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I have always loved going to the dentist, and Pure Smiles lives up to my expectations. My husband has had completely different experiences with dentists, and he appreciates that the Pure Smiles team helps him to feel comfortable. They are not only kind and knowledgeable, they also make cleanliness and safety a priority. The correct information is taken during scheduling, so there are no issues when we arrive. It was my first time at pure smile.I usually don’t give reviews because the places always start off good but by the end of the visit I am pi**ed. When I first walked into the door I was greeted with a warm welcome of how can I help you.They respected my time which I do love quick and efficient.The woman at the front desk was so professional. Dr. Patel was open and honest and gave options he wasn’t a car sales man like a lot of these dentists are, no pressure. Their schedule is very flexible they will work hard to accommodate your schedule. I picked this place solely on the reviews

The staff is always so kind and helpful. They create a relaxing visit every time I am there. They pay close attention to my comfort level and avoid pain at all costs. They have given extra time on more than one occasion to complete everything. Dr. Patel is kind, humorous and very skilled. He works quickly and utilizes his staff very well. I recommend this office to anyone no matter their comfort level with dental procedures.

This I the best dentist I've ever gone to. The staff are so professional and welcoming. Dr Patel is so down to earth and knows his stuff! I've had 2 root canals and both were quick and painless where I went to work the next day. I drive an hour each way but it's worth the trip because of the quality care and service I receive.

BEST Dentist experience,.....yet...lol.
I have to be a little reserved in my review...it's come back to bite me before. This was an initial consultation @ 7 am. Went Great!
Dr. Patel was spot on. Great attitude... perfect smile and eyes that would make me hand him my wallet!!!
I left the consolation with an open spot to come back at 9:30 for an exam.
Went up to the chick fil a and they called me about 8:45 and said come on back.
I went back in for round 2.
I was scared out my mind. Haven't been to the dentist in well over 8 yrs!!!!!
I meet up with the Goddess know simply as

I would refer to myself as a "Karen" when it comes to customer service. I worked in the service industry for many years and I find it hard to ignore when service isn't up to my standards.

I had my first visit with Pure Smiles today for a comprehensive oral exam. It was amazing. Pam was my dental hygienist and her service was extraordinaire. She has one of the most pleasantly calm voices I've ever heard. She was very detailed and thorough. She explained everything she did and why. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Inside my exam room I sat in front of a window with a bird feeder right outside! I watched beautiful birds and squirrels during my exam! There was also a tv on the wall that played various clips of animals being silly! Lol Really helped- a lot! Dr

Just finished my dental appointment today and I'm very pleased with the staff, the dentist and the service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient centric. My hygenist was focused on care and comfort and did her best to answer all my questions. Needless to say it wasn't my first rodeo so I made her job very easy. The front desk staff is very efficient and does the best they can to run insurance and get back to you with information quickly. I made my next appointment before leaving so that means im going back. They also don't try to upsell a million things and see you
