As founder of Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A., Ron has spent the last 20+ years building his practice by successfully representing thousands of injured workers throughout Minnesota and focusing exclusively in workers' compensation, PERA/MSRS disability and personal injury law.
A gifted and experienced trial attorney, Ron is one of a handful of attorneys in the state who has successfully argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court and Court of Appeals as well as the Workers Compensation Court of Appeals.Included among his many accomplishments Ron has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer and a member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association as well as the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Jen joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2007 and practices exclusively in workers' compensation, PERA/MSRS disability and personal injury law. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2007, Cum Laude. Among her many accomplishments, while in law school, Jen was an editor and a published author for the Hamline Law Review.
Lindsey received multiple academic honors in law school including Dean's Awards for earning the highest class grade in Pre-Trial Civil Litigation, Civil Procedure, Negotiations, Legal Research & Writing, and Property. Lindsey Meuser Rowland joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2018 and practices exclusively in workers' compensation law, PERA/MSRS disability law, and personal injury law.
Kathryn joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2015 and practices exclusively in workers' compensation, PERA disability, and personal injury law. During law school, Kathryn received the Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, was on the Dean's List, and was a member of the William Mitchell Journal of Law & Practice.
Scott Rowland joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2018 and exclusively represents plaintiffs in workers' compensation law, PERA/MSRS disability law, and personal injury law (such as car accidents, drunk driving accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, and wrongful death).
He is a member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association and has earned a reputation as being a strong advocate for the rights of injured workers.He approaches his work with expertise and sensitivity, offering guidance to clients dealing with difficult physical injuries and mental conditions like PTSD.

After over 20 year's of being a client of Mr. Meuser I reached my frustration level over the top. He actually yelled at me to fire him. It has always been difficult to reach anyone in the office. At one time I could not reach him for months I called the office manager to reach someone! He was furious. Told me over and over I had called his wife. Before that he had moved his office from MPLS to current office and didn't contact me. I didn't have all my files. I learned after that to try and have a copy of EVERYTHING. I was stuck at that point my case was in the middle and he left

When I first went in for a consultation with Ms. Yackley and Mr. Meuser I was a nervous wreck. I had no idea of what the process was for a PTSD disability through PERA. Meuser Law Office (Ron Meuser himself) handled my case. Ron was straight with no fluffy BS, he tells it as it is and that was exactly what I was looking for. Ron talked to me like an adult not an attorney looking to simply milk you for hours and make money off you.

I first talked to Ron on the phone and found him very insightful and we set up a meeting for the very next day. I met with Ron at his office and one of his attorney's Jen. Both Ron and Jen, were able to lay out a realistic timeline which turned out to be very accurate. Ron's knowledge is expansive in the cop world and it shows in his final product. I have used the Meuser Law Office for a number of work-related injuries, and there is no one better in the state for PERA-related worker's comp legal work. Through my work with the Minnesota Association of Injured Peace Officers, I have referred no fewer than a dozen firefighters and police officers to Ron Meuser and his able-bodied crew, and would not send people anywhere else.
