Attorney David H. Bailly was born in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1980. He attended William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and graduated in 1984. Since then, he has focused his practice entirely on assisting injured individuals and their families. For over 30 years, he has focused exclusively on workers' compensation claims.

I hired David about maybe 6 or 7 years ago to help with an old workmanscomp case, and a newer one....And he was everything I expected..He listened, and gave me feedback, explained everything in terms I understood...and got me what I needed as far s another surgery.. and took care of the second claim....Thank you David you are the Best. I was very blessed to have found David H. Bailly. He listened to all my issues and addressed all the legal challenges that can cause stress.
