I can highly recommend the team at Cornerstone. I bought a new property and was advised that it has a damp issue and had been quoted 5k to fix it. I was recommended them via friend who had had them in for a similar issue. They inspected the affected walls and told me it was actually an issues with condensation and airflow that could be fixed with upgrading the extractor fans and airing the property properly, saving me thousands.
