Best all round. Greeted by a friendly, smiling server. From the moment you walk in the door and see the picture of the old couple ( look closely to see the secret in their faces) and all the art there was beautiful. When our food came the servings were so large and delicious that I are twice the amount I normally would and still had leftovers. Then our wonderful server said she was bringing our desert that came with our meal. I was going to skip as I was full so I took little bite and then ate the whole thing it was so delicious. Thank you so much for such a wonderful dining experience.

The food is great at El Primo. Have been eating here since childhood. Prices match similar restaurants in the area, and the environment is great. I would give five stars but the last time I was in the waitress was pretty rude. However to be fair I must point out that they were slammed with customers at the time, and this is the only night I can complain about in about 30 years of eating here. I highly recommend it for good Mexican food.

Nice portions I had to take some home for later. Not very good customer service. Food quality was pretty good. Steak was not over cooked or dry so bonus points in that. The chip with whipped cream was cool I wasn't expecting a dollup of Ice cream on it too. Nice touch. Bathroom was a closet seemed tiny. Flour tortilla smaller then what I am used to but they make them there so bonus points on that. I counted 5 lightbulbs out and the window seals hadn't been wiped down in awhile...maybe a week of dust. No background music except for a family that was sitting across from me they all were watching

The sign out front claimed they are the number one Mexican restaurant in McMinnville. So naturally we had to put it to the test. They did not disappoint. Great, friendly, funny staff. Interior ambiance was clean, comfortable, and fun. AND THE FOOD, was really good. I went with the chicken carnitas and it was succulent. Tender, savory chicken and grilled peppers and onions. It was SO good. My wife's chimichanga was also delicious. Fast, delicious family dining.
