I am a client writing this as a negative 1 star review after 8 months of having Mr Mark Guralnick as my attorney. I never would have thought that I would have such a horrible experience with Mr Guralnick. His practice areas were exactly what I needed. My mother and I were both very impressed with his website. His weekly blogs showed what we believed was his attentiveness. My mother and I saw his numerous 5 star reviews, but we noticed that there were a few negative reviews and we also dug deeper where we found a few other negative client experiences elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Guralnick! He took my case and was able to facilitate getting my case heard in front of a judge and win. I hired Mr. Gurelnick for my pending child support case. He was very attentive and professional and always made sure that he or his office staff would be available to answer all my questions. He provided me with excellent service and was a master in court. Not only did he get my payments substantially reduced but he also allowed me to address the court to address my many years of frustration with being taken advantage of and the abuse of the system. As a non custodial parent I would not recommend that you try to take on the child support system in New Jersey without a qualified lawyer and Mr. Gurelnick

After consulting with multiple attorneys, Mr. Guralnick was retained for a guardianship of an incapacitated person case (for my sister) in August 1st of 2016. While having the heftiest retainer, Mr. Guralnick was chosen due to his experience, knowledge of the NJ courts, process for keeping costs low, inquisitive nature (he asked many questions). This type of case requires forms to be completed by two physicians. After a few weeks, the physicians stated that they had not received the forms. I don’t know how many lawyers I interviewed in trying to pursue a malpractice case against the law firm that messed up my medical malpractice case. I honestly cannot be thankfull enough for finding Mark. Mark is the best attorney. I was served with a summons for a breach of contract in regards to a surgery I had. My previous attorney who I thought handled it did not and then disappeared. I contact Mark and he explained what he could do after a few minutes of talking to the other side he was able to come with an agreement and they stopped the judgment and he is now handling my case
