Such great service! We were in a pinch -- far from home with two flat tires and every single auto shop we called within 10mi was booked out for days. We'd called Rick's but got a voicemail, they were closed (it was Sunday). And then 30 min later, got a call back: they were opening up the shop because they'd gotten several calls from folks like us who needed help. We were in & out within the hour; patched tires got us home safely. So awesome!!

I worked for Rick's tire and automotive service for more than 15 years now. Whether it's painting, sweeping their floors, cleaning their parking lot, and cleaning their bathrooms. These guys are efficient friendly and I've seen the mechanic work and the way that they treat their customers. I believe they go above and beyond to make sure people have good running vehicles with good tires. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful. These are really good guys.!!

Good tire shop!
I chose Rick’s as part of an online Goodyear tire purchase as they are fairly close to where I live. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and they had my tires and all my info waiting. I gave the clerk my keys and had a seat in their waiting area.. they got right on it and had all 4 tires mounted and balanced and ready to go in a fairly short time. I signed the paper (there was no charge as it was part of the initial online Goodyear deal which also includes the shop that mounts the tires). That was it. I was back on the road and the car steers and handles great. Will

Mark was great about explaining the components and their functions and why they weren't working as they should. Even though it was a big fix, my part cost was greater than the labor cost and right around where he said it would be. A last minute part found to be faulty was replaced without a labor cost added, and the work was done quickly. I was even given a recommendation for windshield replacement where the guy will come out to your house. Excellent service!
