Very kind honest people at a very reasonable price. TBH there was a slight hiccup after service but they fixed the issue same day and only took 5 min.
I have a Ram promaster van which can be difficult to work on and has multiple recalls, I trust All About Transmission farr more than I trust the dealership who usually make it worse and you got to fight to make it right. All About Transmission won't d!ck you around.

Brought in my 2016 Ram 1500 5.7L 4x4 due to a failed fuel pump error on the dash and call this shop All about transmissions & auto shop and asked them if they fixed the issue i was having. They were booked up till second week of December so i made an appointment. Day of my appointment walked into the shop and spoke to one of the guys in there named Derek and asked about how long it would take to do a diagnostic test and how much it would cost to fix gave me a quote which was a really reasonable price and said let's get her taken care of. I want to say they texted me the next day with a full diagnostic

I took my truck to them at the recommendation of one of my employees because air conditioning wasn't working. They were completely booked up until Oct yet He said bring it in and give him a couple of days to look at it. I reluctantly agreed because I use my truck every day. I took it in the morning expecting him to just look at it. He looked at it diagnosed that it needed a new condenser, got the condenser that day and I was very impressed that I got my truck back that afternoon with the air conditioning fix. Simply put, All About Transmissions & Automotive is the best at what it does anywhere near this side of the sound. I have had the pleasure of being a customer of theirs for the past 3 years and I can say my only disappointment is they can’t follow me home. Every time I left my truck in their hands, I had 100% confidence it was going to be taken care of at the highest level with extreme attention to detail with any problem being resolved before I left their shop. Their final magnum opus was one I was able to experience, with driving away after making sure my truck was able to make a road trip

I never leave reviews but I thought I should for these guys. I had Tim help me out and he was awesome. These guys take pictures and will physically show you what they find so they aren’t scam artists. I had one other shop do a inspection and repair In Silverdale which ended up with me out $1000 and my truck still not fixed. They are crazy busy over there and it does take a while for you to get an appointment but if you have any real repairs take the extra time to have them look at it or you can end up losing money like I did.
