I am a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique by the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT). I graduated from ATTC where I trained under Ruth Kilroy. Post-graduation, I'm continuing my work at ATTC and collaborating with masters of the technique from the US and Europe. As a member of Holistic Care Group, I'm committed to contributing to a psycho-physical approach to human health.

We offer the Russian healing style of massage therapy. This unique method integrates both eastern energy techniques and the western scientific approach to massage therapy. Special herbal-based natural oils are used to assist the healing process. We start by applying a good amount of unique friction strokes to help muscles accept extremely deep work (if needed) with no, or very little discomfort.

In medicine, there are shadows of confusing clashes between humanity and technology. This is why quite often, it is so challenging and difficult to find medical help, especially if something is sharply out of ordinary. With this reality, what a gift of life to have Dr. Dmitriy Gushchin as an extraordinary health professional and gifted prophet!
