In addition to accepting most major medical insurances, we are pleased to offer the Acuity Advantage Plan to our patients and their families - an in-house vision benefit plan to help save you money on your exam, glasses or contact lenses. In some cases, we can combine these benefits with an existing vision plan to help you save even more!

Dr. Liane has been seeing patients at Acuity Vision since 2013 and took over ownership of the practice in 2018.
Sight threatening diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and others can develop without warning, and have no outward signs or symptoms in early stages. This is why eye exams, including a thorough retinal evaluation, are important to protect vision.
In an effort to provide a more thorough eye exam, Acuity Vision & Eyewear Center is now offering screening Retinal Photos and 3D-OCT scans as part of our comprehensive eye exam.Like an MRI of the eye, but taking only seconds to perform, the 3D-OCT Maestro provides high definition cross sections of your retina and optic nerve which can reveal signs of disease in exquisite detail that are invisible to traditional examination methods.

The staff at the Acuity is second to none. They made me feel like family and that they truly had my best interest and health in mind. Everyone was very professional yet personable. I would highly recommend anyone to go to that fine facility. They provided unparalleled quality and service compared to any other vision center I've been to. Thanks again for such a wonderful job. Dr. Blasbalg was knowledgeable and funny and helped ease my nervousness, while Kelley gave me honest advice and helped with frames that I adored. They were both terrific! I can't wait to return to pick out some sunglasses.

The team at Acuity Vision have provided me with excellent service since the practice first opened and even before then. Dr. Prytula was an optometrist with a big chain outfit before starting her own practice, and it was while she was working with this other group that she took the time to perform a second refraction exam after the first chain practitioner provided me with an identical prescription to my most recent one, which was worthless. The new script she provided was used for my new glasses, and my vision was incredibly clear for the first time in decades. She’s been my optometrist ever

Everything about my visit was 5 star. I was greeted in a professional manner and was told about every step of my visit before it occurred. When Dr Prytula came in the examining room her demeanor was professional and she was very pleasant. She and I engaged in some personal chatter and moved on to the exam. She made me feel at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend her to all of my friends.

I absolutely loved my new eye doctor today! This was his first week working at acuity vision in Coventry, and he was so awesome, funny, and professional. I have been coming here for two years now and also came here as a child. everyone that works there is so pleasant; from the front desk to all the staff, they are all awesome. I was glad to meet their newest employee today and I want to continue with him as my eye doctor.
