Would not recommend this bank. I have had nothing but problems. My card was compromised and used without consent. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't seen my money. The lady told me her supervisor was in a meeting, she said she has a pile of work on her desk and that she will pile mine on top. Poor customer service. Slow process as well, statements won't show up for 5 days most of the time. Then they act like your a common nuisance when you ask them for help. Will be closing this account as soon as I get my money, if I do.

I'm so glad they're going under! I went in to cash a cashier's check drawn on this bank. Presented my driver's license and the signed check. Don't think their cashier's checks are guaranteed funds, which is the WHOLE PURPOSE of a cashier's check. No they charge their members for the check, then turn around and charge the person the check is to $8 to cash their "guaranteed funds" check.
But before I could cash my check I had to give them my social security number. When I asked why they needed my social, they said it was to check it against a database of international terrorists. Really!? Cause

I've been a loyal member with Pinnacle credit union for 12 YEARS before this company bought them out. At first, no big deal, they change the name. Then they switch us to a new online interface, ok, whatever.
Then I try to transfer money over the phone: new, $5 charge.
Oh, I moved, and haven't been able to change my address? New, $5 returned mail charge for correspondence I never requested be sent.
Overall, the quality of service has taken a sharp turn for the worse. I'm closing my account out tomorrow and taking my banking to Farmer's and Merchant's.
