Services
Volume is where 3-6 very fine lash extensions are fanned and applied to every natural lash. This gives you fuller eyelash extensions! This is best option for women with gaps or very fine short lashes or for women wanting a more dramatic look! Lash clients switching to Hybrid or Volume Lashes will be charged an additional $50 on top of new Fill price.
Plasma Fibroblast is a relatively new innovation in the beauty industry in North America but has been used for a number of years in Europe. The extremely accurate hand held device works by utilizing the voltage in the air between its tip and the natural gasses emitted from our skin, to form a plasma charge.
Microneedling ( also called collagen induction therapy) is performed using a pen with a cartridge of tiny needles which prick the skin. This tricks the body into wound healing. Your skin will start to repair itself naturally by producing new collagen and elastin. This treatment is safe for all skin types and can even be used right under the eyes, unlike many other treatments similar to those using lasers.
Microdermabrasion is a facial procedure that uses manual exfoliation to remove the outer layer of skin. This process works in a series to achieve the best results. We use a Diamond tipped wand to abrade the surface of your skin. Microdermabrasion is a safe and gentle procedure with no downtime. We also include our HydroFacial with this treatment; which uses a water solution to flush out the pores and add hydration back to the skin.
Like old-school perms from the '80s, lash lifts set the shape of your natural lashes using a chemical solution. A lift is essentially what your lash would be doing with a really good mechanical curler, so giving a nice shape upward and a realistic curl. We usually recommend our clients come in atfter 8-weeks for another treatment.

I had my eyebrows microbladed with the added microshading and the results are amazing. It literally changed my face! I have hypothyroidism so my hair has thinned and just about disappeared in areas like my eyebrows. I got to the point that i was putting so much product on my face to give me the illusion of having eyebrows that it looked almost clown-like to me. I have anxiety on top of all this so I was super stressed about how having my eyebrows microbladed would feel and look afterward. Moriah was extremely patient and answered my hundreds of questions and even put up with my non stop talking

After trying so many eye extension places, Moriah is the best in town!! I'm not kidding, she is amazing, always do my extension quick and perfect. She uses great lashes and glue, lashes look very nature and beautiful & the glue doesn't burn my eyes. The lashes attach well in my eyes very well for a long time (compare to the other places I have done before). Love Moriah so mcuh!! Highly recommend Stairway to Youth!

Moriah has such a great eye. She is my go to anything face related. She does great lashes, facials including micro- needling, and permanent makeup.
She helped me decide on micro-needling and my skin looks years younger, tighter and spots are lessened. She did my lashes and they look so natural but spectacular. I may finally have found someone i trust for permanent makeup!
Her location is in the pheonix suites by Mimi's. Its tricky because her name isn't on the outside.
