The leader in financial improvement to small business owners using accounting, tax strategy, and consultation. Records In Order has been providing business clients personalized tax and accounting services nationwide since 2000.

If you've already got a fairly successful business, and you are making enough or almost enough for your family or self, or you're planning to, but you're working way too hard, and you need to create systems to have a better handle on your financial information, and you need to know where you are tax-wise, so you can relieve stress, and find more time and the means to make more money.
Services
Records In Order exists to provide the community with uncompromising service in tax and accounting, and related services. We work with Small Business owners to increase profitability by providing the highest possible quality service leveraging our experience and expertise in meeting the individual needs of each client and while upholding high standards, inspiring confidence, and respecting all clients.
We ONLY work with owners of small businesses with gross annual sales of around $3 million or less. In other words, we don't consult for owners of mid-size/large corporations. We refer those businesses to the larger tax firms with the big fees. What that means to you is that we are very focused on anything and everything that works for the smaller business owner - and each Profit Consultant has become a specialist at it.
We work with people just like you in business for themselves, in just about any type of industry you could mention that are under 3 million in receipts, and who are all really good at what they do, but had never before been fully and correctly advised about how to set up their financial and tax systems so they are ALWAYS up to date with accurate accounting, and their best tax position.
As a Start-up, you're an entrepreneur who is either about to go into a going-concern business, or to buy one or expand, but you are or will be doing it full-time. It could be you've been in business full-time for a while, and you're doing okay. But you know on the financial and tax side of the business that you've got to get it together.
You make good money and you have a strong base of clients/patients - so much so, that sometimes you or your employees might struggle to keep up with the demand. You're an overachiever, and you deal with a full schedule and you'd probably like to have more time. Sometimes it could seem you're running yourself ragged, or that you or employees could be more efficient - or that there should be a better way to move forward more effectively.
