I don't write many reviews but my visit with Denise deserved a good review.
1. Denise was prepared- She was ready with a folder of resources specific to my individual needs. Most dietitians make you wait for this after 1st assessment. She didn't, she did not want to waste my time and got right in with information I needed. She is prepared.
2. Kind, supportive,friendly- It was so easy being honest with her. You never felt judged. She made it clear she was there to support you and helped me create 3 realistic goals that I am excited to start. She is also funny and I found myself laughing where
