Wow is all I can say , there’s no repair / electronic store that can compare to the customer service of this place . Since moving to miami i was looking for a place that i could trust with my electronics and my friend recommended this place . One day at around 6 pm i dropped my phone and automatically my screen went black i started flipping out because during the pandemic apple was backed up for weeks . I don’t usually leave reviews but this is the best service available. This is my second time getting a phone repaired by him. The first time he helped with my nephews phone and treated us like family. when my phone broke I knew I needed to go back to him instead of anywhere else because he uses the best quality for everything. His energy and happiness is welcoming and contagious. There are many other companies you can choose to go to but I’d rather drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way to get the best service available. Then the owner welcomes you to come in like a best friend! Even through masks you can see his smiling face! Second time I’m returning to replace my broken cellphone glass. Took under 25 minutes even with him taking care of another client!! Only wants that the customer service is so good that you will want to come back!
