I was not very impressed by their lack of professionalism. The tech told me to return in about an hour for my phone so I did. They called me said my phone was ready but if I didn't get there before they. Closed I would have to wait until Monday. I go in and they make me wait, I think to myself I thought it was ready? Th technician comes to warn me my phone has some water damage and Rudy inside. She goes on to say I don't even know how it turned on. (Mind you the screen was just cracked so it was a replacement). I live an hour away and it was totally worth the drive and the time to save my sons pictures.
I'm telling you, if you have ANY problems, big or small, with your smart phone/tablet or computer... go to STG Repairs! The equipment and expertise is unmatched! They literally preformed an electronic miracle on my iPhone. I urge everyone to take a look at their Instagram and social media.... it's just phenomenal what they do! Not to mention the store is clean and beautiful!

Horrible place. They managed to fix one problem and make another. When I tried speaking to management about it he was unreasonable and responded with "I told you the phone could end up with other issues if you wanted to fix it" . First of all I was never told this. I mean why leave my phone there after that comment ? and then he said he can fix the new issue created by the technician but would have to charge me. I truly had an awful experience.

STG is a one of a kind repair shop. The owner replaced a micro fuse on a very intricate, high end motherboard while I waited. Their workshop is state of the art and one wall Is glass so I got to watch him do it. In the past I have been quoted and paid upwards of $300.00 for the service he performed and I had to wait a minimum of two weeks. At STG I paid less than a third of that and it was done while I waited. The glass wall also ensures no suspicion of bait and switch tactics that so many people worry about.

I've been taking my Ipad and cell phones to STG repairs for about a year. Lili and other staff have always received me with a smile. They're experienced repair techs and have fixed my screens, flash , and even the camera lense on my iPhone. They are also very reasonably priced. Thus far, I've noticed that they are about 50% less expensive than their competition. Very highly recommend.
