They just wanna make money from you , not helping you!! And I think they don't know what "Etiquette" and "Professionalism" are!!
First time I was over there because of my painful tooth, I was visited by the lady, and as she saw into my mouth with my couple of bad tooth, she starting laughing and making fun of me!!
Next time, as I have had an urgent again with the painful tooth, the gentleman wit the white uniform and black hair, didn't offer his help!!
And by the way, to them, having radio on, listening music while they are working on patients, has priority!!!
Anyway, that were my experiences

Great dentist and fantastic customer service! I had multiple issues with my teeth and gums, including root canal, crowns and bridge. Everything was treated in an excellent fashion, and I was able to spend the holidays without pain and with big smile. Thank you so much for being so helpful and caring. Dr. Mokhayeri is a wonderful, patient, and gentle dentist. His work is thorough, his instructions clear, and never rushes an appointment. He and his staff make themselves available to you at any time. He's the kind of dentist that explains what he's doing as the procedure goes on and this is really helpful if you're afraid of pain or nervous. He works on Saturdays and accepts medi-cal and maybe the best part of his practice are his staff and assistants. This is a long overdue review and I think this can really help any new person considering this place. I came in for regular cleaning and check-up and the hygienist kept recommending deep-cleaning. I asked if I could get regular cleaning during that visit and then come back for a deep-cleaning later (since it was expensive and not covered by insurance) and they flat out refused to me. The receptionist was pretty rude as well and provided inaccurate information, which I later confirmed with my insurance company as I lost all confidence in this place. They basically just took x-rays in that appointment

This place came recommend to me by a former dental assistant who felt really pleased with their experience here. I had not had dental work in 2 years, and while on a student budget, really needed a cleaning! They were fantastic! The place is tidy, clean, and new.
