Mark jumped in where other companies fell off the face of the earth mid-repair. He was extremely responsive, professional and did an exceptional job with the repair. Really appreciated all he did and will use him again. You can't go wrong!!! Call these guys first and save yourself alot of grief with subpar repair companies out there!!

Mark does a great job and is very responsive. His prices are reasonable and he only fixes what needs to be fixed. His response time is fantastic and typically comes out within a day which is terrific when you count on your spa to be working. He has even offered suggestions on other repairs that has saved me hundreds of dollars.

Mark gave me an upfront price, finished the work promptly and politely, had the new pump I needed in stock and the hot tub has never better. I did pay a premium for the service, but it beat the run around I get from other spa repair guys and the long wait to order a pump from ANYWHERE. Thank you, Mark for a job well done.

I bought a used spa from Mark Leider for $3,500. I know what you're asking yourself, why would anyone buy a used spa and isn't that a lot of money for one?
You're right and yes, it was a lot for a used spa, but he promised that he would take care of any problems and I believed him. Big mistake. Plus, I had to pay him in CASH.
After a couple of uses, the main pump went out. My assumption that Mark would replace it under warranty was incorrect. After that, the control panel went out and pretty soon I've got as much into this old spa as a new one would have cost. But it still wasn't working right
