Service Call - Many problems can be solved through telephone consultation. However, when a service call is required, it will be scheduled for the next available appointment. We welcome the opportunity to provide estimates for any major repairs, new equipment, heater repairs, pump repairs, and many other services.

Made an appointment and was blown off. They didn't call to let me know. They didn't answer my calls before or after the one hour window they gave me, and they didn't call me back in the two days since then.
It was also a mid-day appointment, so they wasted half a personal day of mine. Don't bother with these liars!
EDIT: Owner responded saying they had "No way of contacting me." Total BS! I left my phone number on messages asking for a call back. As if responding to a call was too hard, they can't even come up with a BS excuse to my review in under 3 months! Disgusting!
