I originally came to see Jose 2 years ago because I injured my knee doing long distance running. It hurt so much that I had to stop running all together and it even hurt to walk. Jose is extremely knowable about Kinesiology and one of the best listeners I have ever met. He really understood where I was coming from and knew exactly what I needed to get my knee in shape. It turned out, I really needed to build the muscle around it to take the pressure off of the knee. He took a whole body approach and I feel great! The trainers here (Joe, Austin, Andy, MJ, and Jose) are some of the most passionate trainers in the area. The small intimate atmosphere makes it less intimidating and easier to work. Love remnant fitness, they also have some equipment that they don't have at some of the bigger gyms and it has helped me stay active after my shoulder surgery.

I've only been in for my consultation, but they were exactly what I'm looking for. Expert advice given by good people that I feel comfortable around. This space is really welcoming, but not in an overbearing way. My time with Andy was all about understanding my history with food and fitness. Jose is hands down the best trainer in the area. Very knowledgeable and he actually cares about his clients. I've hired a few personal trainers and no one came close to Jose's training techniques and attention to detail. He pushes you hard and makes sure you're getting the most out of your workout. I trained with him for 3 months and the results were clear as day. Everyone complimented me on the results thanks to Jose's expertise,knowledge and his commitment to his clients success.

Great atmosphere, great trainers! My favorite thing about this gym is that it's one of the few co-ed gyms I've been to where (as a woman) I don't have to feel awkward or self conscious. The environment is very supportive and fellow gym goers are courteous and fun. There's also a physical therapist on-site a few days a week which is very convenient. Each trainer has a speciality. Running and endurance, body sculpting and strength, conditioning, etc. I've been training with Joe Tibbits (one of the owners) for over a year now.

Joseph Tibbits is PHENOMENAL!!!! He is by far an amazing, knowledgeable, committed and caring trainer. I have trained with Joey for well over a year and enjoyed every minute of it. Love it..Dan M. is my trainer he has kept me motivated and determined to reach my goal..I definitely recommend him and this place everyone is really nice and the environment is a comfortable one to train in, no matter what size you are and what size your trying to get to. .judge free zone defiantly.
