Paragon Station, at 200 South and 300 West is Utah's first LEED Gold Certified multifamily adaptive-reuse project. This means we've updated an original historic building (built in 1921) with new plumbing, geothermal heating, energy efficient windows, liberal insulating and reduced water use.
We maintained the essential historical brick southern facade and the basic skeleton of the structure but modernized the east facade with decks and sliding doors for each unit.We added a roof deck and atrium to maximize light and livability. With 38 luxury units ranging in size from 800 to 2,600 square feet, there is something for everyone.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!! Tina always accommodate my requests when necessary.She is a very special person. She is personable, caring, loving and makes you feel like family. Tina is amazing. She has the highest professional qualities and sets the bar for standards. The apartment is always welcoming. The environment is extremely clean and organized. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a top notch place and supportive staff. Tina deserves a “ BIG FAT RAISE.” You are the best!!!

Loved living here. I’ve lived in numerous location around the US and internationally and Tina is the best property manager I have ever worked with - hands down. The move-in process was seamless, any issues that arose were dealt with smoothly and efficiently, and move out went without a hitch. She communicated effectively with the residents and the place was meticulously maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paragon Station - the units and the location are great - but Tina is the “secret sauce”!

In a downtown area filled with cookie cutter apartment buildings, Paragon Station stands out. The unique floor plans and apartment designs feel transported from the lofts of SoHo - but with the luxury of modern appliances and the reliability of new construction.
I spent a year living there, taking advantage of the short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The advent of scooters opened up a wide area accessible without worrying about driving or parking. When I did need to leave the area by car, it was a very short hop onto the freeway.
