We cannot rave enough about Jessica. She made the whole transaction so smooth and kept us in the loop from start to finish. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely good at what she does. She helped strategize how to price our home to get multiple offers and drive up the price of the home by more than 14k and got it under contract within a few days. My house was lovely, but very unusual! Jesssica came up with a great marketing plan and it sold for a price I was happy with. She made the entire process run smoothly, and was responsive throughout. I had interviewed four realtors to list my house. The other three seemed put off by how unusual my house was and wanted to push me to accept a lower… asking price. Greg and Jessica are amazing realtors! I have worked with them on two home purchases now and they have given me great advice and done a great job negotiating for what was needed. They also got right back to me when I had a question or needed anything.
