I hired Higgins Home Services to remold and add to my basement. They added a bathroom, very small kitchen and two bedrooms, They left before they were completely finish. I have found very little that was done correctly. Plumbing for the bath and kitchen cold water lines on the outside walls (Freezing could be a problem). Leaking hot water pipe. Ejector pit not exhausted to the outside. The Ejector pit was exhausted into the utility closest and not out the roof. The bathroom exhaust fan was exhausted into the crawl space not the outside The dry wall taping and mudding along with the painting looks
