To say that our 2021 Keystone Montana Legacy has been put through the trials of a four season camper, is an understatement. During the coldest February on record in Nebraska with temperatures and wind chill well below freezing, our black water tank froze. We looked at several campers in our home area. And just weren't feeling them. I initially called Leach about two campers I found online. Arche informed me they were sold, but told me there were a few that he felt would fit the bill that weren't listed. As I was going to be in the area. I made the detour to look. I had made multiple calls to other places about renting an RV and and the very 1st conversation I had with Michelle, Meant so much to me personally that I knew instantly not only did I find the absolute best place to run an RV from but the only place I will ever rent an RV from.

We purchased a brand new winnebago adventure from leach last fall. There were some warranty issues that needed repaired so their service dept said they could take care of the issues. A walk thru of issues was done and a list left in the RV. When we got our RV back months later only some if the issues were addressed. We received the rv back with no door shelves therefore making the frig useless. The leak in the fresh water tank was not fixed, the paper peeling was not fixed, the slide down bunk was not fixed. All of these items were never fixed even though we brought our RV in 3 separate times

You can't believe the level of service and friendliness of this place. Everyone treated us soooo well. From Corey in sales, to Don in the business office, to Les in the shop, to Eric that assisted when we picked it up- everyone was amazing. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and always cognizant of our time, you won't find a more helpful staff. Ed Leach really has a great group of people. Oh yeah, we also got a smoking deal on a camper!

Great dealership. No pressure sales, service department is very responsive and the walk thru with Eric taught me a lot about my travel trailer. I live 3 hours away but combine low prices and great service make it an easy decision. Well done

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our travel trailer. Archie at the Council Bluffs location is very straightforward and worked hard to assist us get exactly what we were looking for. We traveled 8 hours to complete the sale and pick up the camper, and we will definitely come back in the future if we decide to upgrade. The entire team was available whenever we had questions, I can't say enough about the entire experience.

They are Johnny on the spot selling you a camper but awful for service. It took numerous trips to get repairs made on an awning that was to be repaired at the time of purchase. Then made an appointment to have minor repairs and camper opened up for the camping season. After the camper sat in their lot for a week they still had not even looked at it. When asked what's the purpose of an "appointment " the service receptionist chuckled and said to get in line. We will not be referring friends or family or anyone we remotely care for to shop or obtain service from Leach Camper

The team at Leach was wonderful to work with. The service was outstanding throughout the entire buying process. We special ordered a 2021 Keystone Cougar 30RKD. Pete, Don, and Les where extremely helpful. I had been shopping around for RVs in the Omaha area and had not received better service anywhere else. The service department there ruined the plug on our horse trailer blew the bulb in it and also because of there wiring job blew 2 fuses in my husbands truck. When they were called on it said oh well too bad. Will never go back to leach for any service to buy or have them fix something

Michelle Kennedy and Dean in the sales department went above and beyond for our family. My sister has been battling Lung Cancer since July 2017. She has been progressively going downhill these last few months and we are not sure how much longer we will have her. She has been wanting to get to the beach and take the family on a trip. She is unable to fly so we rented an RV from another company in town. Upon arrival they were rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and extremely unhelpful in assisting with our needs. They left a bad impression on us and we hoped for a Hail Mary that another company

Purchased what I thought was a 2018 travel trailer. The purchase agreement stated it was a 2018. When I went to the county I discovered the title said it was a 2017. Wrote Leach a letter to discuss the discrepancy and they never responded.

As we walked in the front door we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She immediately asked how she could help us. Our salesman, Rich,was very attentive, he listened to our needs and wants, our requirements and directed us in the right direction to where we needed to go. He was very straightforward and honest.
They have excellent pricing here and every kind of RV you could wish for. On the inside they have products for camping plus Parts and Service. Everything you need.
