I purchased the Red Wing 8864 and I love the boot. It’s the limited edition with Gore-Tex. This boot is in high demand, but Dee, the manager of Red Wing Midlothian, was able to locate my size. She requested the boot the Monday after Christmas and it arrived as she said.
The sales person, Mitchel, was very polite and professional the entire time. Including during the purchasing when I paid with multiple gift cards and cash.
The team at Red Wing Midothian are excellent representatives of the Red Wing Brand as they are at Brook Road and Chester.

I went in to get a pair of new work boots. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Brandon. I told him what I needed in a boot. He didn’t ask me to repeat any of it, and took me to exactly what I needed. He was also aware enough that my previous pair were also Redwings, and suggested that Redwing could repair them. Polite, clear, and attentive! Hard to find now a days! Thank you for a great experience Brandon!

I must say that the customer service at Redwing Shoes is top notch. The employees are vet knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy if you aren’t buying. They are also helpful when you bring your shoes in to be serviced, etc.
I had heard great things about the store and the quality of the product they sold. I have a right heel that has had surgery and my shoes wear differently on that heel, leaning out. I usually buy wide width shoes because my right foot is wide than my left.

This was an awesome experience from the moment I walked in the store till I sadly needed to go. I just bought the most comfortable boots I have ever walked in. The service rep was knowledgeable and was honest about the right boot for my needs. Rarely do I give 5 stars. The service and professionalism of all staff is what you would expect from a high end retailer. This was my first pair and I could not believe how comfortable they were. I was just wearing sneakers! They will also provide lifetime services. Don helped me out and he is the man.
