We needed a replacement mattress for our Room and Board sofabed. Lou was very knowledgeable and responsive. He ensured we got the right custom measurements and provided a thorough examination of the mattress width that would fit in our sofabed's mechanism. The 4" Platinum mattress is perfect especially since my family likes firm mattresses. For our particular sofabed we can still feel the bar, but very happy that it fits and it's much more comfortable and firm than the original mattress!

It was easy to specify dimensions, which was important for my right-corner style mattress. Some other vendors required we specify all 5 sides, but they only requested the 4 side dimensions and calculated the 5th, which is a simple geometric calculation. But I was concerned if I specified the incorrect length of the 5th side, the "short" sides would be the wrong length (perhaps I was overthinking it). In any case, it was a factor in my decision.
I went with the 8" mattress with 2.5" of memory foam on the top. Other competitors offered 8" mattresses but only had 2" of memory on top. It also factored

First of all let me say that the mattress fit my RV sofa sleeper perfect! I had measured it twice and following the instructions it was easy. My wife and I immediately set up the mattress and we laid on it together. I honestly felt no bars or structure underneath and was comfortable. When closing the bed up, we did not experience any problems at all. Well done!

Incredible Service! I do feel that you really don't know how good a company is until you have an issue. We ordered a custom RV Mattress that needed a left foot cut. We received the package and there was an error in the order and it was backwards. I contacted Lou and he was amazing! We walked through the process and verified that it was the wrong mattress. Without hesitation, Lou placed a replacement order and shipped out the correct mattress!

I had looked for over a year trying to find the right mattress for my camper. I found the replacement mattress web site and ordered a special cut corner mattress. The mattress was made to the exact measurements I had needed and fit the bed frame exactly like the mattress I replaced. The mattress is everything the company said it would be and much more.
