I am writing this review nearly one year after my wedding, so you can be confident this isn’t just a review written with bridal rose-colored post-wedding-glow glasses. Not a single day has gone by that I have not been so grateful we hired Crystal. Each time I see our photos, I am in awe of the magic she created. Absolutely blown away from the very first communication to the end photos.
Crystal is truly committed to seeing "you" and to capture your story. We have two teens who were reluctant to participate, 10 minutes in Crystal had us all laughing and forgetting she was even taking photos. We played games, made pancakes, got studio shots (my husband and I are both artists), and she went with us on our family walk (a walk we've taken almost daily the past 10 years). Crystal was very flexible and fun, and she gives great direction while also allowing authentic moments to happen.

Crystal is a phenomenal photographer and overall human! Her photos are absolutely beautiful and she has an amazing eye for detail. She captured special pictures of every person who attended our wedding as well as details I would have overlooked on the day of our wedding. Not to mention we received a huge number of photos and received them quickly.

Crystal photographed my best friend's wedding in October, 2020. She was professional, super friendly, and great at blending into the background while working her magic. She sat near my fiancé and I at dinner and happily shared suggestions on spots she loves for wedding pictures within the venue I'm marrying at in my own upcoming wedding. Highly recommend.

This is truly a gifted photographer right here. Crystal photographed our elopement back in march & then our celebratory ceremony in September and slayed both shoots! We hired Crystal to be our photographer for our Oct 5, 2019 wedding at the Cathedral of the Assumption and Louisville Palace. The Palace is a unique venue that can pose some lighting challenges for photos, so I wanted an experienced professional who had shot there before. Crystal completely blew us away with her work! The photos are sumptuous and reflect the vibrancy of our celebration. All of the shots are so beautifully captured and edited that I'm having a hard time narrowing down my favorites for an album! I cannot recommend Crystal enough - if you are even the SLIGHTEST bit torn with who to trust with your photos (be it engagement, wedding, family, or business photos), choose Crystal. The most comfortable my husband and I have ever been in front of a camera.
I try to get a small photo shoot with my husband every other year. My husband and I are not photogenic at all but I always hope to get one or two photos to document the year.
This year a friend recommended crystal, and I am so glad they did.
She was amazing! the whole session was comfy and we didn't have to think about posing, so taught us all the tricks and guided us. Less then 24 hours later she sent us a few "teaser photos" and they were amazing! literally if my whole session only ended with the handful she sent, I

Crystal, You are amazing! I was put in touch with Crystal from another photographer in Louisville and boy am I glad. She is super speedy to capture the best moments and is truly a master at framing subjects. I put full trust in Crystal's design style and the results were stunning. Crystal is great at her art and has developed the skillset to see raw beauty and manipulate what's in front of her to create beautiful images. Crystal has photographed my daughter for her six year old photos and my family for the holidays and the first word that comes to mind when you see her finished product is "Stunning". My daughter has always been hard to capture the way I see her and Crystal managed to capture the exact personality of her. Classic, forever beautiful kind of photography. Crystal doesn't force her eye on the subject but rather lets the subject speak for themselves. 100% recommendation.
