It was a good company to work for but we had always wanted to start our own professional carpet care service. I called MCT after I read all of their 5 star reviews on Wednesday, November 3rd.
They were able to come out 3 days later on Saturday, November 6th to clean the living room & bedroom carpets in my apartment which have not been cleaned in over 4 years!
As you could imagine, these carpets were very dirty and had quite a few spots, stains & spills on them, including a small rust stain in my bedroom carpet which I did not think that they could get out.
Allen and Justin came out to my apartment between 12noon and 2pm as we had scheduled. Allen even called me twice to let me know that they were on

Allen arrived on time and I showed him trouble spots on my carpet. He got all the stains out that I told him about. He was friendly and was very informative about how to take care of the carpets. When he cleaned the traffic area in my bedroom it was amazing how good he got it. I am very pleased and definitely will use this company again. Allen was very professional

I had my carpets in my new house cleaned by MCT, Allen called me when he was 20 minutes out, showed up right on time, was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable! He even provided some good carpet care tips that were beneficial to a first time home owner! The carpets look great and the house smells FRESH! I will for sure be using MCT for the foreseeable future!

Was expected to come between 9-11 and promptly showed up at 9:30 and got straight to work. They are friendly and attentive. They do not move electronics so just move it before they come (: They were done in 30 minutes for a 1000 sq ft apartment. The carpet looks and smells amazing and I'm very happy with my second experience! I will definitely continue using them in the future. The floors are lightly damp also so that proves they really soak it up and do a great job.

I found this carpet cleaning company thru yelp. I messaged to see if I could get next door appointment. Pretty impressive was definitely doable. Daniel called that morning and we scheduled a 3-4 show that day. He ended up being able to come earlier at 1215. Which was awesome. He did a great job. The carpets look amazing. Friendly service and a great price. Plus now I get 10 % percent off anytime I use the service. Highly recommend.
