Installation apt was scheduled quickly and installers were amazing. Friendly, professional, and quick. Finished product is excellent quality and my kids are so excited to have a swing set in their backyard!!

What a wonderful experience I had with Best in Backyards. My husband and I wanted to gift our grandson a playset for his first birthday. Between emails with myself and John Honigsburg, who I found out was based in the New Windsor Store, he answered all my questions and sent us to Tod in Danbury. How incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional! We will be going back there every year to add to our little guys set. Additionally, we found out that you also do patios and decks and pergolas and so much more that we need! You have a customer for life! Great job, guys!

Best in Backyards recently installed a kids playhouse and we couldn't be happier! Installers were timely, professional and did a fantastic job!! I ordered a backyard swing set. Not only did it get delivered way past the promised time It was installed incorrectly with out the additional slide and swing we ordered and paid for in cash. We contact the facility numerous times and the order placed several months ago still has not been fulfilled. Terrible

Bought a Jungle Jim from Niam in the store. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction on which model to go with. Christian C came to deliver and install it. Very courteous and did a great job. I also had some deck work done with them last year and they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend nest in backyards.

Great experience at Best in Backyards in Mahopac, NY this weekend. Spoke w/ salesman John Honigsberg who made the process of buying a jungle gym for our daughter both relaxing and efficient. John was very knowledgeable about their products and was able to fully answer all my wife's and mother-in-law's questions seamlessly (not an easy task).

After 12 years in the house and many estimates from other companies we finally were able to replace our existing deck and add a patio with a fire pit. My husband on a whim walked into Best in Backyards & that afternoon the owner & Bob another sales employee were at our home. They easily saw my husband's vision. We enlarged the deck & created a patio area. The permit process wasn't difficult either. Once contracts were ready we were introduced to Bryan who was the job foreman. Bryan & his crew were wonderful!!! They were here promptly & their work was impeccable
