We wanted a pool, but our yard was built more for downhill skiing, so the question came, "Do we move?", but we absolutely love our house. Everyone who came over, stood in our yard and said..."There is no way you are getting a pool in that yard." Enter Total Pools into the chat...From the very start Tom was amazing; he walked us through everything, gave options, and made us feel totally comfortable. He genuinely cared about addressing our concerns, meeting our requests, timelines and answering all our questions (there were many, many, of those!) His design was impeccable and was perfectly matched

After interviewing several pool contractors, I came across Total Pool and Patio. I have to say working with Tom and his wife Andrea was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Putting in a pool is an investment and if you want it done perfectly, then I highly recommend using Total Pool and Patio. Total Pool and Patio is a family run business and they truly care about their customers needs. The level of service I have received from Total Pool and Patios has been outstanding. Total Pool and Patio have been servicing my pool for almost 15 years and last year I had them do a significant re-design of my pool, retaining walls, etc. The owners spent numerous hours discussing various possibilities and took us to a variety of pools to help us make our decision. Their work is always high-quality and the entire company is always a pleasure to deal with.

We redid our existing pool about 7 years ago! We selected Total Pool because they had a good reputation... we were amazed! We had an odd designed pool and backyard and the transformation was remarkable!! Also they came when they were scheduled to come and completed the project in the timeframe the projected!! It was a terrific experience and they are just as reliable with our maintenance each year!! Could not recommend them enough!

Total Pool and Spa took a sloping back yard with little usable space and created a beautiful pool, a patio with a fire pit and a level yard space that did not exist before. Tom Santella and his team have tremendous vision and were able to bring their plan to life while incorporating all of our ideas. From our first meeting, Tom made it clear he wanted to create the space we wanted and would guide us along the way.
