Someone helped Carry my bike into the shop. I needed my brakes fixed as they had come off. They told me it would take 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. I thought it would have to come back in a few days. That Is service!
I also bought a new bike seat. It was installed promptly. I was charge for my bike seat but my adjustment on my brakes, I did not have to pay for. That is top-notch service!And somebody helped me put my bike back in my car to take back home after 20 minutes! Thank you thank you thank you ! A great place For all your bike needs.

Normally I get ignored when I enter a store and my conversations with the sales staff is short. I felt welcomed and I can see why going to a specialty store is worth the experiences. Although I didn't have the money to keep buying more products, I will definitely be a life time customer. I forgot the name of the person that helped me but, I can tell you that he was very attentive and patient with me and he helped me chose my bike by also entertaining my 6 year old while I test drive them. Thank you to him. I like the explanation of the care I should take with my Tern folding bike and the service

Just went this past week to purchase my first bike. Right off the bat we were greeted and asked how they could help. The gentleman that helped was very thorough and explained different components and how each model varied. I test rode a few and made the decision to purchase from Bike Rack after looking at a few other stores but didnt get the same experience I did here. Very pleased with the treatment and will definitely be back to purchase accessories!

Great buying experience. Their prices are competitive, and the sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They showed me various bikes that would best fit my needs. I was able to ride the finalists around an adjacent neighborhood. The shop checked out the bike before handing it over. Couldn't be more pleased.

I was able to tell the sales person (Steve) exactly what I was looking for and needed. He worked with me one on one and showed me my options and gave his opinion but with no pressure to buy, for example, whichever was pricier. I am brand new to biking and he helped me find my bike, helmet, and bike accessories and was able to suggest things I had thought about but forgotten to look at (like a flashing rear mounted light). He was able to also give me some advice about biking and set up of my bike. When I test rode the bike in the parking lot, he suggested the seat go up about an inch but I was hesitant

I travel for work a lot, and prefer to exercise outside. This shop is right on the bike trail and all the staff were so helpful about making sure I enjoyed my ride. The daily rate is forty, but since I only rode for a couple of hours, the owner gave me a discount. Maybe so I'll come back, either way I was impressed by everyone that helped me. The staff there is super helpful and friendly.

I just bought a new Trek bike for my 8 year old Granddaughter, and I could not be happier with the experience! We were treated the same as if we we were spending $1000 on a bike. When my next Grandchild is ready for a real bike, this is where I will go.

My boyfriend and I were bike shopping all day yesterday and went all over Lincoln looking for bikes. We were looking for something used for him because I already have a bike and hate going alone. We have been to The Bike Rack before and knew that it had a selection of new bikes which was not exactly what we were looking for. It was the last stop at the end of our long day and we were in the neighborhood and thought we would just check it out.

I have bought several items and a bike from here. They had decent prices and I even got additional discounts on accessories. The staff was very helpful and took the time to answer al my questions even though they were very busy. They have a good selection of Cannondale bikes. The service plans are pretty decent as well, so service does not stop at the sale.
