Paul returned my call in five minutes, helped me assess the issue with my water heater, was able to squeeze me into his already busy schedule, texted me when he was on the way to my house, then fixed the problem. We had a first rate experience with Bliss Plumbing. Admittedly, we were nervous not using his business before, and needed an air scrapper added into our boiler system. The whole experience was simply first rate. Paul was responsive, easy to talk to, straight up about the options, solution oriented, and charged a fair price. I was already impressed. On the job, he and his team even went above and beyond to add in some extra details. Good solid people, and a business worthy of trust.

Very patiently and professionally walked me thru
System check on my hot water heat system which was not working. Over the phone we found the problem for which I offered to pay for as I now have heat again. He declined and wished me a good. I would certainly call him again for any of his services !!

After the AMAZING service we received from these guys, we will never call another company for our tankless water heater system. Calling repairmen is a bit of a gamble - not knowing if they will over charge, or lie about repairs needed... and not knowing when they will care to respond. I called this company at 830am, and they were at our house by 10am - even with the fact that they had other jobs going on. Turns out - there isnt anything "wrong" - our system most likely needs a flush. Paul showed us how to do it on our own, explained in detail what our system does... and left without accepting payment

Paul Bliss has helped us many times. Tonight at 5:00 on a Friday he rescued us again. He was able to troubleshoot and repair our failing Boiler remotely via video chat! Paul answered the phone on the first call and managed to squeeze me in within 24 hours. He was on time, and very efficient. He taught me a bit about my water heater so that I could handle future issues on my own. He was incredibly friendly and professional.
