With over 50 years of combined legal experience, attorneys Paul Rein and Aaron Clefton specialize in representing physically disabled persons who have suffered discrimination on the basis of a physical disability, including mobility impaired persons who use wheelchairs or other assistive devices. We also seek damages for our clients under related California law statutes.
We charge a $100 non-refundable fee for our initial consultation, due 48 hours before your appointment. 45-minute Debt Review Meeting with an attorney by video phone call to discuss your options. If, after the consultation, you and we decide to work together to file your bankruptcy, the $100 will be credited towards our fees and costs for that work.

Better Late than never.
Aaron was a pleasure to work with on a recent Service Animal Discrimination case I had. I wasn't sure at first where to turn when this happen as I had never encountered an issue with my service dog before. However this case left a bad feeling in my mouth and Aaron helped me really learn what my rights were and the laws were.

The lawyers and staff are absolute experts in ADA law. They are 100% plaintiffs’ lawyers and understand the barriers that we disabled people encounter on a daily basis.
