DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a +10K ring which I saw in person in Tampa and the seller sent me the ring after having it sized with a different central stone with significant defects. All attempts to contact the seller to send the product back in 4 days unconditional return period failed because they would not answer their phones.
THEY (DAVID AND DIXIE CROSS) ARE NOT HONEST.

I found The Sapphire Ring Company online, but ended up speaking directly to one of the wonderful owners, Dixie, on the telephone prior to purchasing the ring sight-unseen.
First, this entire transaction was a dream...perfect from beginning to end...Amber via email and Dixie over the telephone (and David from behind the curtain!) -- I couldn't have been happier about everything that was discussed, shown, or described! The sapphire in this ring took on a color that didn't appear to be the same stone in 2 photos I saw on a different website, so Dixie pointed me to their website where I could see

I drove 5 hours from Miami to see rings in person, Dixie showed up to the appointment with her husband David Cross. I liked one ring in particular. I inspected the ring with the magnifier glass for about two hours with a witness present in florescent and natural light. I noticed one scratch on top of the central stone which the sellers were not aware of

I had a custom ring made with a purple sapphire I purchased from the Sapphire Ring Co . The sapphire came with a GIA report and the ring I ask the company to design for me came with a cad drawing . The ring was simply beautiful and better than I expected and their prices were really reasonable. With the GIA report and the appraisal that was done by a GIA gemologist I was very happy and I would highly recommend this company. The employees were great to work with and I had the ring appraised at another company and the ring was appraised over double of the price I paid .

This company is the best! They know how to give you the most beautiful ring at an outstanding price. Dixie was very knowledgeable and patient with me on finding an engagement ring. At first I had chosen a ring of which I liked the stone but not the setting. Dixie listened to what I find important in a ring and gave me 3 choices from which to select. I up graded the ring a little bit and it came today. It is just beautiful! The communication was superb! Dixie was gracious and professional.
