I asked my boyfriend to create me a silver necklace for Christmas. I kinda knew what I wanted, but wasn't 100% sure. We went to the mall and were not impressed with their service or selection. We stopped by Sergio's to look (seen his commercial for years!). Never being in there before, I expected your typical jewelry store. Very unexpected outcome! Very impressed! The lady's working went out of their way - even brought out a book to order from. Sergio came out of the back room to offer us suggestions. I decided to support a local merchant and I wish I didn’t. I have seen many commercials for Sergio’s Jewelry on TV and they are located close to my home. The sales ladies and Sergio were nice but he ultimately wanted to make a sale. I found a nice name plate and necklace for my daughter. I was quoted a price that I felt was very high. They did give me 15% off of the chain but the price was still very high. He never asked me if I had a price limit. Once they gave me the total they offered 6 months same as cash. I said ok but was still uncomfortable paying $741 for a nameplate and a 14k 16 in

My wife lost her diamond from her wedding ring and we were so please that this place was not only able to fix it but make it look amazing again. We had an awful experience with the place we bought it trying to replace it. It was also done so quickly. When she walked in to Sergio’s she was so pleased how they helped and their great service. Definitely would recommend this place!!!

My ring was damaged. I took it to another jewelry store and they would not touch it. The Sergio staff explained to me how they would fix it and quoted a price. Sergio did a great job fixing it, keeping to their promise to me what the final outcome would be and staying within the quote. I would recommend Sergios to handle your jewelry repairs.

They were so friendly when we went there to look at engagement rings which is why we thought it would be a great idea to give them our business, well we were wrong! My fiancé decided to make payments on a $3000 custom ring from there. After being told the ring would be done on a certain date, it wasn't. He understood things happen and waited 6 days after the ring was supposed to be completed to call back. Always a pleasure dealing with Sergio's. Never a issue with selecting something for a gift or present. Staff knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Need a piece of jewellery resized or redesigned, no problem and at a very reasonable cost. To be in the same location for 34 years certainly makes a statement about reliability and service.
