Mo was phenomenal! He’s a magician, really. Once I got my car back from him, it was as if nothing ever happened. I requested a quote and his price was truly fair and even under market price. He is not the greedy swindler type you can run across at some autoshops. No time was wasted trying to haggle or bring down price because he was honest and beyond fair from the start. I appreciate that so much! I sent photos, called him, and he fixed it within the week. I brought my car to this location after having researched several other shops in the Peninsula. What I needed done was a rear bumper replacement and side panel repair. What attracted me to this shop was not only their cost and estimated completion time but also their transparency. The owner showed me his invoice from the purchase of materials needed for the job which gave me confidence in knowing that a) genuine parts were being used and b) I was being charged a fair amount. I fully agree with their average rating and can confidently give them my own stamp of approval.

Of the hundreds of car repair centers, you may wonder - why Benz Collision? If you haven't had a chance to see their glowing 5 star reviews, I am here to share my experience. Mohammad and his team have now become my (and my family) go-to place for any car repairs. For my first car repair, I shopped around for quote from 6 different places around the Bay Area/Peninsula and not one came close to what Mo offered. This was my first time coming to Benz Collision Center and it was such an amazing experience. I spoke and worked with Mo he was super professional, kind and very quick. I set an appointment and got my car back within about a week! They got everything I was concerned about and wanted fixed done all in a timely manner! They also detailed and made it all nice and clean when done it was as if I got a completely new car. I highly suggest coming here price is reasonable and the customer service is off the charts!

Sadly I swiped the side of my SUV and it was in desperate need of repair. I received quotes from 3 reputable body shops in Redwood City. Benz Collision was the lowest by far, with the other two coming in double and 3 times the cost! I was hesitant to get it fixed at Benz Collision given the absurdly low quote, and because my car is a pearl white color that others claim is difficult to match. But Mo made me feel comfortable that I would be taken care of and he guarantees his work. So I took the risk and am so glad I did!
