My hubby and I just bought a house in Texas and JVM not only provided us with an amazing rate, they also expertly and very courteously walked us through every step of the process. They had team members assigned to oversee/manage various stages of the month-long process and they always made sure we knew what we needed to do so that we met or beat every deadline. As a first time homeowner, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I had checked out a number of lenders/brokers and JVM was from the start, so responsive, knowledgeable, and communicative that I decided to go with them. (Their online portal also made uploading/signing documents really straightforward and easy, which was also a big plus.) My realtor suggested JVM Lending to me and I'm glad she did! This was my second home purchase, and compared to my experience with another lending company, JVM was above the mark in every aspect. I had no issues in getting responses to questions and getting estimates with real numbers whenever I wanted to think about changing something. The best part - they close quickly! I had a 21 day close of escrow and they acted quickly every step of the way. This company is Top notch, they are so good who the heck cares about the rate. Other companies will take you thru the 7 circles of hell to get a loan but this company treats you like you are a spa getting a massage when it comes to loan. Our agent recommended JVM to us for our first home purchase, and I'm so glad we went with them over online banks and bigger corporations. It’s understandable why they are a 5 star rating. Excellent rates and service. I’ve done many purchases and refi’s and they are by far the best. Great response time, follow up, and are proactive to anticipate anything that might come up. A key differentiator is that they pre-underwire loans for faster close times for purchases. They also have a number of investors they use to get the best rates. Have highly recommended to many people.

Absolutely love JVM! They have perfected the lending process so that it is nearly flawless.
