Element Engineering provides real estate structural inspections. With a quick call or text message, myself or another licensed engineer will meet you on-site. If desired, a stamped structural report can be provided usually within two working days. Element Engineering understands the speed required for real estate transactions and can accommodate quick delivery.

Andrew of Element Engineering was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. He responded back quickly to my text message and I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Due to the number of homes being purchased right now - June 2021, we scheduled the appointment for 2 weeks out. He kept us up to date of his arrival on appointment date. Upon arrival, he explained to me what he was checking for structurally at the home we were planning to purchase. He was extremely thorough and didn't mind answering all of my questions. I recently contacted Element Engineering to obtain an Elevation Certificate of my property, to be submitted to FEMA. The following day, I received an email from Andrew Hammond, asking details of my property. I provided him with the needed information, and he set up an appointment for a Sunday, at 8:00 AM to survey the area, take pictures, etc. He arrived precisely at 8:00 AM, did the surveying and a couple of days later I received the documentation. Also, Andrew went the extra mile and assisted me with additional documentation that I was unaware was needed. I highly recommend Andrew; he is easy

I am in the market for a new home, and had some concerns about a property's structural integrity. Andrew Hammond responded to my questions quickly, and not only did he provide his professional opinion, but he gave plenty of detail as to why that property would not be a great choice.
