Mercedes did a tremendous job setting the funeral arrangements. She guided me through the entire process. Took care of the flower arrangements, viewing, burial, prayer cards and buttons. Mercedes attended us very well, was attentive to everything, and gave us great service from the moment we arrived until the day we finished the whole process of burying my father. I have no complaints, they were even generous the day of the wake, I went past 20 minutes of the service and they never told me to leave, very good service, very grateful.Thank a lot Mercedes

Losing a family member is hard, but losing a family member, being in a different state, and in the middle a pandemic is a completely different story. We are thankful for Mercedes and all the help she offered during this process. The communication and level of professionalism made all the difference.
