I've never hired Carlo/Cellai Law (nor would I EVER hired this nightmare of a law firm). Carlo made a huge professional mistake by verbally harassing/threatening me on behalf of his client - only to be left with extreme regret and pending legal issues himself now.
I'm not here to convince you whether or not to hire Carlo/Cellai Law. But I felt morally obligated to share my nightmare experience with Carlo to prevent others from putting their business/brands at risk. Here's my story:

Totally the worst law firm probably in Massachusetts nothing but ambulance chasers especially Carlo the senior of the twits very very bad person wouldn’t trust that law group with my worst enemy very unprofessional and for some reason very devious not your basic Attorney completely do not recommend ever!!! We had a client in Boston who refused to pay a bill, and ultimately stopped responding, so made the decision to retain an attorney for collection. Carlo was the first person we called, and start to finish, Carlo and his staff were fantastic to work with. Prompt and clear communication, fair rates, and ultimately, a successful collection. Hopefully we won't need this kind of service again, but if we do, we'll be calling Carlo.

Being out of state, I was referred to Carlo Cellai by our local firm to pursue a collection case we were pursuing. Carlo and his team filed all the necessary paperwork to recover from our debtor. He stayed on top of it and communicated throughout the long process. Because of his actions on how best to recover the funds owed to us, our former employee was forced to settle the debt in full. I worked with Carlo to draft up a business contract and he did a fantastic job. He was clearly very seasoned and really represented my best interests. He added a ton of language that protected me, and I would have never known to incorporate into the agreements. The previous attorney I tried to hire for the same work didn't get back to me for 2 weeks before I decided to call someone else. Carlo had the 1st draft of my contract in my email within 2 days. CELLAI & DENAUW HAS CHANGED TO CELLAI LAW OFFICES, just for clarification, and it is an excellent Law Firm for collections matters. They do focus on other matters, such as personal injury, etc., but for the great majority deal with collections matters. They have a very knowledgable, though small staff, an impressove record and an impressive clientele. They are attentive and they care about winning cases
