TJ is a very knowledgeable agent and did a great job selling our property. He listed our townhouse quickly and then ended up getting 5 offers and closing at $30,000 over our asking price. TJ is an excellent realtor and I couldn't have been more happy with the process of buying a home with him. He was professional, an excellent communicator, and someone I felt had my best interest in mind. He educated me along the way on anything he felt I needed to be in the know of.
