Edwin worked for almost ten years responding to fire damage, water damage, and mold remediation calls before deciding to start his own company. After many years of gaining experience, Edwin launched East Coast Environmental Restoration, Inc. ECER would respond to Emergency Situations such as fires, floods, oil spills, and other natural disasters.
We train our Technicians on how to respond to emergency situations including fire damage, water damage, floods, and mold infestations. Our technicians are also trained on responding to oil spills, asbestos, lead, hurricanes, and more. As such, our Technicians are able to respond correctly to almost any situation.

A fire can completely destroy a structure, leaving feelings of devastation and trauma. Let our team alleviate your stress by restoring your residential or commercial property back to a damage-free state. Don't let mold damage your structure and risk your health. Our professionals use advanced mold remediation techniques to rid your property of bacteria and leave you with a clean, healthy living space.
Fires of any size in your home, business or commercial property can be devastating. Furthermore, this damage will happen at anytime and most times without a warning. Fires are the most severe losses a person can experience. You need a professional fire damage restoration company, also known as a mitigation company, to help top further damage to your property.
Water damage can occur from numerous reasons such as pipe leaks and overflowing sinks to heavy rain storms and cresting rivers. When something like this happens to your property, we know that every passing minute counts. That is why our team offers 24/7 emergency services to quickly respond to your needs.
Many of us encounter it at some point in our lives. As quick summary, mold is a fungus that can spread very easily, but may be hard to detect. For example, in as little as 48 hours, you may have a mold infestation and not even know it's there! If you've had a recent water intrusion, then there's a high chance mold spores or bacteria have grown on site.
If you've been experiencing high energy bills and comfort issues in your business or home, you may need to have a home energy inspection. How helpful would it be if you could see exactly where the heating and cooling deficiencies are in your structure? Luckily, our team provides thermal imaging to help show where your structure is missing insulation or where it is poorly installed.

This is the first time I've ever written a review for anything but seeing how the East Coast team were so professional and considerate I had to write this review. Everything in my basement was completely flooded and destroyed due to some pipes bursting, but their company made the process and this huge inconvenience a lot easier to handle. Thank you so much East Coast! I'm an extremely satisfied customer and would definitely recommend you to my friends and family if anything of this nature ever happens to them.

East Coast Environmental's customer service was extremely knowledgeable and capable of seeing what services I needed due to a flooding. They were careful to our household and scheduling was fast and easy. I called them and they were out almost immediately which was appreciated. They inspected for mold after drying my home and it was taken care of quite quickly. Will be recommending their services to all my peers!
