Services
Full payment is due at the time of service. Clients may pay using cash, check, or credit card (including HSA accounts). Credit cards are processed using IvyPay, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Checks can be mailed to Sloan Counseling, PLLC, 7242 Main Street, Frisco, Texas 75033. Clients who choose to use their United Healthcare, Oxford, or Oscar Health in-network insurance benefits will use Headway for all transactions.

If you are interested in working with me for your LPC licensure, please contact me for an initial interview. During our initial interview, we will discuss your goals for supervision, your training, your theoretical orientation, and the supervisory relationship. Please be prepared with a resume, letters of recommendation, proof of liability insurance, proof of successful completion of the NCE, and transcripts.
