Lived here for two years. Great starter apartment but wouldn’t recommend for a young couple/person long term. Heat, water, and gas are included in the rent. Dogs and cats are allowed. You get your own little balcony or patio depending on which floor you’re on. The leasing office/maintenance staff were always very prompt, nice, and helpful. Feels more like a condo than an apartment and is in a great neighborhood. However, the units are all pretty outdated and small, especially for the rent price. The furnace was very loud. We enjoyed living here but quickly outgrew the space with a large dog

Great place to walk my dog! Very well kept up. I use to live across the street, and as a kid, I remember that it was all woods and very swampy. To be honest, I wish it was never built. I liked it the way it use to be. We use to have more wildlife, but that disappeared once they started bull dozing all the trees and everything else. It still looks the same as when it was first built! 👍

Loud people living here... People go to fast up and down this street. Previous manager has left, a very good thing, she did nothing to be of help. Hope new manager the best at cleaning up the mess previous manager left behind. I hope it all gets better. This used to be a feal fun place to live and visit neighbors.

Do not move here unless you want to deal with rats , cockroaches , rude employees and have your security deposit stolen by lying employees under oath. DO NOT leave unless you get a signed piece of paper stating your damage if any especially the carpet . Ask staff to do a walk through before you leave and turn in your keys . They make up lies of damages . Also remember MA state law landlords have 30 days to return your security deposit . Be careful also for example you will receive check 37 days after numerous attempts but

This residency is total trash. My girlfriend and I left a few months ago and would encourage anyone looking for housing in the area to steer clear of this place. We have had numerous issues with the front office, maintenance, and the Claremont company. For a few examples , Beginning in the winter, our heater had stopped working and maintenance brought three space heaters to temporarily fix the problem. We had a apartment with a washer and dryer unit and for 3 weeks went without these due to a malfunction. In the Spring time, we woke up one morning with thousands of ants piled up in our kitchen
