I use to live here. i loved it so much and have soo many good reviews and the walk to the middle school keith everyday. i miss new bedford so much and i loved living here

The management staff are rude and very unprofessional! Evidently they have rodent problems, went to look at an apartment (which was very nice aesthetically) but tripped over a rat bait station on the side of the building. Walking through the courtyard, you can CLEARLY see where the problem lies-the trash area is atrocious! There were maintenance men shoveling the trash off of ground, when I questioned this the appointment quickly turned unpleasant! Not sure if Claremont still owns this property, I would suggest hiring competent management, and reading the reviews for this place-I'm glad I turned

I more than happy to stay here.
I am from India and I'm a resident in HiddenBrooks apartment.
My college is near to this place and it's very peaceful.
It's been a month I came here.
Friendly neighborhood.
Lots of trees and space 😂😂.
Apartments are really good from 2 BHK to 4 BHK all of them are really maintained well.

The office staff ins unbelievably rude. I went in to simply ask a question and was repeatedly cut off and could not finish talking. Then repeatedly told I was arguing. Very disrespectful people working in there office.

Never see such a horrible place like this! Staffs are very rude and impolite! Pool dishwasher and washing machine! If you report some problem of dishwasher, they will send someone after A WEEK. We returned our key on time, but they still reduce our deposit! They did not give us anything written down when we return our key, but they ask for it when we call them.I cannot proof that. If I can I will call the police, but I just can't. Hope everyone find a good place to live. Everywhere except this horrible community.

The staff here are terrible. She knows nothing but just want to make trouble to you. They always make things difficult . Would never return your deposit with excuses. Would rise your rental without reasons. Would ask for money at any amount without paper rule. They are rude and impolite. You would get hurts mentally and 'financially'.
