Technician Mr.Chris and Technician Mr.Brian!! I like to shout out how they are awesome and the call center Miss Sharly. Today our store,( Grace Donuts in Northlake Tx ) one of refrigerator units were broken down, and Mr. Chris came and solved the problem! They were so accurate very professional and kind and fast! We love Metroplex Refrigeration! We have a commercial ice maker with them for going on 2 years. We love it. It supplies our crews with ice for their day in the field They have us on a service schedule to do the cleaning and maintenance for us. When I call for a service issue, they are friendly come right out and take care of it. I would recommend to anyone.
