Services
Gaskets provide a seal around the refrigerator door to prevent outside air from entering the cooler when the door is closed. Old or damaged door gaskets can lead to outside air leaks, resulting in higher refrigeration loads and an excess frost build up on the evaporator. Replacing the damaged gasket will achieve a stronger seal, and reduce the refrigeration load.
Walk in Refrigerator or Freezer door closers can help save energy by insuring the door is closed between entering and exiting. Sometimes a heavy duty closer is needed for aging doors that are not closing all the way. My Tech is an expert in the replacement of these door closers. We make sure that your Walk-in cooler or Freezer door is shutting properly and saving you money.
Regular maintenance will keep your HVAC and refrigeration systems operating at their peak performance level. Please keep in mind that the high amount of cottonwood in the air here in Texas, combined with high heat, high humidity, and salty air in Houston markets, make frequent Preventative Maintenance even more crucial here in our state.
With the use of Strip Cutains, you reduce the amount of air that escapes when a person or machine enters or exits through the opening. During the summer months it keeps the cooled air inside and reduces the amount of humidity entering the unit. During the colder months Strip Curtains prevent frigid air from entering and costly heated air from escaping.

I switched to My Tech over a year ago and it has been the best experience with a service company, or any vendor for that matter, that I have ever had. They are always on time, perform quality work, and above all else I love that I feel like they are a true partnership for me. I have used them all over North Texas as well as in Houston and they are my go to for service issues. I highly recommend at least give them a try if you have to manage multiple restaurants
